Since vocational training is of great importance within the BEUCKEGROUP, internal training is also part of our training concept, in addition to vocational school lessons and practical learning in the company. This is how we link theory and praxis. It allows us to optimally prepare our apprentices – both for the examinations and for professional life after their apprenticeship.
This is how we achieve this:
Regular internal training sessions in which our experts introduce apprentices to their respective areas of expertise
Deepening of vocational school lessons by a specialist teacher in the company and job-specific English lessons
Actions to promote the group process and team spirit
Visits to suppliers and industry-specific events as well as to other companies of the BEUCKEGROUP
Attractive remuneration with regular increases
